The Marvel 14.5 carries two people or a solo paddler with a dog, as well as a day’s worth of gear. It can be ordered in either a solo or tandem configuration. Solo: One seat can be positioned in the center, or just to the rear of center to accommodate a dog. Its storage hatch rim and lid weigh half that of conventional systems and are amazingly easy to open and re-seal. The seat connection is secure but easy to release by lifting the seat tab and pushing the seat forward. In the Marvel14.5, the seat can be moved back slightly to accommodate a dog! It also removes quickly and easily to make the boat lighter when loading or unloading. Thigh pads allow paddlers to rest comfortably against the cockpit rim, and pad the shoulder during transportation. Paddle holders on each side secure with a bungee. Optional rudder available.
